Customer data stays yours

You control every record created inside Converux. We process it only to provide the service.

Flexible billing

Month-to-month or annual subscriptions with seat-based pricing and clear invoices.

Support commitments

Operational incidents and roadmap updates are announced via email and the status page so teams can plan confidently.

Acceptance & scope

By accessing Converux you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any order forms executed with us. If you use Converux on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

These terms apply to the entire Converux platform, including current and future features, unless a separate written agreement overrides them.

Account eligibility & responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Organizations are responsible for the actions of their users, including compliance with applicable laws and honoring usage limits defined by their subscription tier.

Access rights & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access Converux solely for internal business operations.

You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security features, overload the service, or use Converux to send spam, distribute malware, or violate third-party rights.

Automations and APIs must respect documented rate limits and may not be used to build a competitive service without written consent.

Customer data & privacy

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Converux. We act as a processor with respect to personal data and process it according to the Privacy Policy and other published policies.

You are responsible for securing the necessary consents from your end users and ensuring that your use of Converux complies with employment, privacy, and industry regulations.

Plans, billing & taxes

Subscription fees are billed in advance via the payment method on file. Unless otherwise stated, plans renew automatically each billing period.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel future renewals through workspace billing settings or by contacting support. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term.

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or government charges except those based on Converux’s net income.

Service levels & availability

We strive for high availability and will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the platform running 24/7, excluding planned maintenance windows which will be communicated in advance when possible.

Support inquiries can be submitted through the Converux contact page. Incident notices will be posted to our status page and emailed to workspace owners.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or create a security risk. We will attempt to provide prior notice when reasonable.

Upon termination you must stop using Converux, but you may export customer data for 30 days unless prohibited by law. Outstanding fees remain payable.

Warranties & disclaimers

Converux is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms will not exceed the fees you paid to Converux in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Converux, its affiliates, and team members harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by applicable United States law, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings. Any unresolved disputes will be heard in competent courts within the United States, and the parties consent to jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect product or legal changes. We will post the revised date at the top of this page and notify workspace owners of material updates at least 30 days in advance when feasible.
